APPLICATION FOR A PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT FOR
NO WIN – NO FEE TERMS
(Please be aware that we are unable to process your application without this completed form)

I want planning permission for the following development: (please be as precise as possible)

I have submitted a planning application which has been refused. I enclose a copy of the application, the local planning authority’s refusal notice, and all relevant correspondence. (Please enclose a copy of the Planning Officers committee report if possible. It is very useful.)

I have not yet submitted a planning application. I enclose a plan and a brief summary of my development proposals.  

I enclose my cheque for £147 towards the costs of my Preliminary Assessment.

If there is a reasonable prospect of winning the planning permission, Land Planning Associates WILL offer me  NO WIN – NO FEE terms for pursuing it, including lodging and managing a Planning Appeal, with no planning consultancy fees payable unless the planning permission is won.

The success-related fee required will be determined by the results of my Preliminary Assessment, and by Land Planning Associates judgement of the risk involved in pursuing my planning permission.

Land Planning Associates will then use its best endeavours and professional expertise to win the planning permission, and I shall pay any agreed fees of Land Planning Associates (plus VAT at the rate prevailing at the date of invoicing) ONLY if Land Planning Associates wins planning permission for me.

I undertake to forward to Land Planning Associates at my own expense any documents requested to undertake my Preliminary Assessment and any subsequent planning application and / or appeal undertaken on NO WIN – NO FEE terms, including copies of any decisions in respect of previous planning applications and / or planning appeals in respect of the same land or building.
