Statutory Information required to
be supplied under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Regulations
2000
|

Under a European Community Directive
Implemented by the above regulations, we are required by law to set out
the following information about the service contract hereby offered:- |
1. The name and address of the supplier is
Land Planning Associates, Thurston Lodge, Thurston, Bury St Edmunds,
Suffolk, IP31 3SD
2. The service initially offered is assessment of the development
prospects of land for the development specified by you on the application
form. The results of our Initial Assessment may result in us offering a
further contract to pursue the planning permission you require on No Win
No Fee terms, Contingency Fee terms, or other terms offered by us and
chosen by you.
3. The price for the Initial Assessment is £147. The cost of postage is included in our
charge, and there are no other delivery costs for our service.
4. Our service to you will commence with preliminary investigation and
collation of relevant data immediately upon receipt of your application.
5. There is no cooling off period and no right to cancel the contract
under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
6. There are NO premium rate charges for telephone contact with us.
7. Our offer of Initial Assessment at the price stated remains valid for
28 days, following which we reserve the right to cancel or amend the
offer.
8. There is no minimum duration of the contract for the Initial Assessment
requested. That is to say that this is not an offer to supply goods or
services continuously (as with a mobile phone or cable TV service) or
recurrently (as with a book or CD Club). |
